BestSMS Zapier Integration

Enable Zapier in BestSMS

Log in to the BestSMS dashboard (register first if you are new), open Service Settings, then Integrations, choose Zapier and connect your Zapier account. Your BestSMS and Zapier logins must match.

Add BestSMS in Zapier

In Zapier, go to Apps, then Other Apps, search for BestSMS and click Add Connection. Zapier asks for your Auth Token to finish the connection.

Build a Zap

Add a trigger from another app, set BestSMS as the action, choose Send SMS and configure the message. Save the Zap and test it.

Send SMS (action)

Send an SMS when something happens in another app. The KB example starts from an incoming email, and the same approach works for events like CRM updates, e-commerce orders or form submissions.

SMS Received (trigger)

Start a Zap when an SMS arrives in BestSMS, for example to add the sender's details to a spreadsheet.

Contact management (actions)

Create, update and delete contacts in your BestSMS Address Book from a Zap.

Track activity in the dashboard

Sent and received messages show in the BestSMS web dashboard. To review messages sent through Zapier, go to Reports, then Sent.
